The Spanish Modern style of California architecture was our inspiration for this design. This is one of the four spec homes Design DCA was tasked with designing on Suffolk Drive. All four of the homes follow the same principle – a courtyard design to minimize the impact of railroad tracks to the rear. Spanish architecture tends to have a simple clean design, so it is a great starting point to create this modern design.
