We were excited to participate in a distinctive and exceptional custom home partnership for Bruce and Suzanne Winfrey. This endeavor, recently completed and showcased in the pages of the Houston Chronicle, stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence.
While we typically undertake the entire architectural design for the majority of our ventures with Winfrey Design Build, this project unfolded as a joint effort with David Price Design. David Price, a British architect working in France with offices in Provence and Cote D’Azur, created the exterior concept and worked with Bruce on millwork design and interior selections. Design DCA was entrusted with the floor plan design and the construction documents. Interior design by Pam Giarrusso of The Design Tap.
Adding elegance and history to the project, architectural antiques were transported from France to Houston, where they found their place within this remarkable residence. The result is a home that seamlessly blends modern functionality with the timeless allure of an old-world French estate, elegantly meeting the contemporary lifestyle requirements of Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood.
