Design DCA had the privilege of designing this modern spec home, along with three others, on Suffolk Drive. We kept each design as unique and fresh as possible. We chose to go with a truly modern design for this home, versus the variations on transitional modern used on the previous designs. This exquisite home sold fairly early during construction. As a result, the new owner, a stone importer, was able to add their personal style with beautiful stone accent walls inside and out.
