We wanted to do something different with this modern courtyard home. It doesn’t really fit a particular style label, although the clean lines of Scandinavian modern homes were certainly an inspiration. Stucco, brick, a standing seam metal roof, and a wood privacy accent over the entry combine to create a simple yet sophisticated exterior. On the interior, warm details, such as rustic wood accents and interior brick, add material contrast to the otherwise light color palette.
