It was chosen as the venue for an art exhibit - comfortably hosting approximately 100 people - prior to the owner's taking occupancy.

Houston's prestigious Memorial Park, one of the largest urban parks in the nation, is directly across the street from this French Country inspired builder spec home. Stone and rough-hewn beams were used on the interior to add to the old world charm.

The design of these 3-story townhomes in Houston's popular Rice Military neighborhood features first floor living - a rarity in this type of product in this area. The large and elegant master suite at the front of the second floor has its own private balcony, as does the third floor game room.
